Thank you for choosing aidesigner.tools. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Design License

This product uses software developed by Black Forest Labs, licensed under the Apache License 2.0.

All designs created through our platform are provided under the Apache 2.0 License.

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• 45 Credits per Month: Each credit allows you to create one design generation. The cost is $8 per month.
• 200 Credits per Month: Each credit allows you to create one design generation. The cost is $29 per month.
• 1000 Credits per Month: Each credit allows you to create one design generation. The cost is $99 per month.

Each design created deducts one credit from your account. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Please note that the design creation process may require multiple attempts to achieve the desired result. The AI may sometimes struggle with spelling or produce inaccurate results in some designs.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Due to the creative nature of AI-generated designs, refunds are generally not accepted. However, refunds will be considered in cases of service malfunctions, such as:

• Credits not received or incorrectly debited from your account.
• Inability to use credits due to website malfunctions.
• Other technical issues that prevent you from using your credits as intended.

If you encounter any of these issues and wish to request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving your issues promptly and discussing the possibility of a refund.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. The cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged for the next period. Please note that any remaining credits in your account will expire at the end of the billing period.

Legal and Export Restrictions

Our services are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to our products, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, as well as end-user, end-use, and destination restrictions issued by U.S. and other governments.

Terms for Promotions

Any promotions or discounts offered on our website are subject to these terms and conditions and may have additional terms, which will be made available at the time of the offer.
